Welcome to Babee! This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Babee mobile application ("App") on iOS and Android platforms. By downloading, accessing, or using Babee, you agree to be bound by these terms.

📱 1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device (iOS or Android)
• Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Receive updates and improvements to the App

🚫 2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others

💎 3. Premium Subscription

3.1 Subscription Details

Premium Membership - Monthly: Unlimited access to all premium features including unlimited AI conversations, personalized daily advice, smart notifications, multiple baby profiles, unlimited content refresh, and priority support.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android)

3.3 Pricing

• Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region and platform
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) at confirmation of purchase

3.4 Free Trial (if applicable)

• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Free trial eligibility is determined by your app store provider

3.5 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
• iOS users: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Android users: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

3.6 Restore Purchases

• You can restore previous purchases by tapping "Restore Purchases" in the Premium screen
• This allows you to access your premium features on multiple devices

💳 4. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Refund requests must be made through your respective app store's support channels
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• Refund eligibility is subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the past 12 months

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• You control your data and can delete your account at any time

• All App content, features, and functionality are owned by Babee
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand features are protected
• You may not use our intellectual property without permission

🔄 9. Updates & Changes

• We may update the App to add features or fix issues
• Updates may be required to continue using the App
• We may modify these Terms at any time with notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

❌ 10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Use the App in ways that harm our business or other users

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

🌍 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
